Yes, it will play, but only 720p resolution with low graphics settings & it will give you 20fps to 30fps

hi brother why are you making people fool by removing NPC's and their cars to look your game play smoother just for the sake of increasing your sales. Trust me the money earned by scaming others is HARAM. Try to avoid this next time. Even you can sell your laptops by showing some transparency as this laptop is really powerful for CPU related tasks. Not for GPU tasks, I am also 7420 user but I know it is good in processing rather than rendering or gaming because it doesn't have any dedicated GPU. Stay loyal with your Emaan brother. Hi Brother... I didn't do anything wrong with this game except Extreme Graphice mod, which I installed in this game..it's105GB game.... it's 100%Original game play....
