Great video. Except the fan/heat sink assembly should not have been removed. It's unnecessary and can create more problems with heat transfer issues after reassembly.

Great comment. May definitely be a great time to replace thermal paste, but maybe you should add captions to the video for that section to say it's not a necessary step for this job.
