Do you buy adapter for ssd? Or the sata cable what comes by default works with the ssd?

The Sata standard / Interface is the same across all devices that use it. The only difference would be the physical design of the various devices - like a 2.5" hdd / ssd ; 3.5" hdd ; CD / Optical drive. So only time you would need an adapter would be going between IDE and Sata.

You can use any "Cpu" designed for that Generation of "Socket". Say it's a 2nd gen Intel socket then any intel socket gen 2 cpu will fit.
