You can try to reprogram the bios chip with the ME clear file using a bios programmer.

I had one of these, bought it because of all the great reviews. Honestly, one of the worst purchases I ever made. The battery died quickly, couldn’t hold charge for more than 10 mins and then the fingerprint scanner stopped working. Insult to injury is the degradation of the palm rest and it begin sticky and gross ahaha
