Yes, fencing is allowed unless it’s on a golf course. Of course you have to get HOA approval. 😃

How much is the HOA?

Preowned homes will be different than new homes. They also very depending if your maintenance free, or fee simple. If there is a particular home you were interested in please let me know and I will find out the HOA. Or feel free to call me for further information. 😊

That lot would be my dream, overlooking the golf course!! I'm sure they're pricey. The lots look twice the size of The Villages. How many golf courses does Stone Creek have?

Has one golf course, runs through the community. Oh yes, most communities here in Ocala all have larger homesites than The Villages.

Hi Della, when you drive into SC or OTOW by golf cart, do you drive up to the guard gates or does the trail bypass the gates? Love the golf cart rides 😎

The golf cart trail bypasses the gates. But OTOW and SC requires you to register and get a sticker on your golf cart.
