年齢的に認知症も気になりますが、長年、耳鳴りがひどくて、毎日3時頃、耳鳴りの音で眼が覚めるとその後眠れなくなり、音楽を聴いて気を紛らそうと思い、ユーチューブで探し何種類も聴いて見たが、どれも自分に合う曲が見つからず悩んでいたのですが、今日の朝、犬の散歩の途中、又ユーチューブを開いたら、丁度、この音楽が見つかり、此なら自分に合う！と思い投書しました、 有り難う御座いましす
