I get what you're saying but the rogue-lite aspect really only hits the otherwise very repetitive crucible. They're working hard on new content like quests, new gear and areas as well 👍

Elden Ring DLC is coming. They should hold off new content until after that dies off a little. I’ll completely forget NR exists until I’m done with that anyways. Had they released new content prior maybe I’d stick around to finish that content before switching back to Elden Ring.

I am old enough to remember that the last video game crash ended up being a good thing. It got rid of companies that were producing literal trashware. We got the Nintendo entertainment system a couple years later and then the Sega Master system. The console wars began which drove quality and innovation. The gaming industry boomed so hard it drove PC hardware forward in an attempt to capture part of the market.

I love friendly fire in coop a lot more than actual pvp. The fun factor is through the roof. Magicka 1, 2, and Helldivers 1, and 2 are insanely more fun because of it.

I played for 15 hrs when it first came out and had a blast, new favorite game. Now I just watch the updates it gets until full release. Kinda silly everyone squeezing out every bit of life out of an early access game

This would be ok in a free early access, or if there was no early access. We paid for a game shipped with some promises, and we are rightful to be disappointed. Early access games must be regulated, it can't be working like this, or devs can just gather money behind false statements. Im not saying this is the case, but there are a lot of early access scams and i think that each EA should be followed by a schedule that must be followed, otherwise what is even the point of us buying in the first place?

Yeah definitely want to see the next few areas before i see anymore work done on the crucible period.. and i dunno what people hes talking about listening too aboit the crucible bc most people I see you are asking for more of the game itself..it makes me wonder if they are having problems with multiplayer implementation or something..and really i just want more areas and bosses and i could easily wait till 1.0 for the multiplayer stuff.. wiping is okay as long as its WAY closer to 1.0

I encourage anyone who is discouraged by news of the Crucible taking priority over features like multiplayer and additional zones to make their opinions known on the game's various feedback channels (official forums, Steam, etc). Feedback is what motivated the developers to prioritize Crucible content and that won't change without feedback from you.

HootieHoot! Thanks for the coverage. Haven't gotten back into Wicked yet after my initial run with it, but your content keeps me up-to-date with the latest happenings to watch it grow. I agree with Thomas as well on the larger content drops. Smaller patches dont really excite me in EA. Seeing new features/mechanics make it into the game is where the sauce is at.

I absolutely love this game and played it straight for two weeks at early access launch. I maxed two characters and made the builds completely different. However, I have not touched the game since. The only thing I'm waiting for is pvp. The replayability with player vs player will be near infinite compared to pve. The combat mechanics and smoothness of the animations in this game is a perfect recipe for competitive multiplayer. When it comes to friendly fire with Co op, I'm all in. It makes sense on multiple levels but most importantly will make the game more fun, to be required to coordinate, as opposed to button mashing while talking perhaps about something else unrelated to what's happening in the game while playing. Great videos keep it up 👍

Considering that I've already stated how much I hate Multiplayer with a burning passion and that it is basically wasted development time to my eyes, you can imagine what kind of feelings I might have for "friendly fire" on top of that.. as if I needed more reasons to dislike Multiplayer even further! 😅

Friendly fire is a great idea, it ensures that when playing with friends you need to actually play together instead of each one by himself. With no friendly fire each player would just slash the monster individually, so what is the point of having a coop?

I do not get all the hate about the priority changes. Changing the crucible to something you can have fun and sink time in, while they are working on content seems like a good idea to me. Everybody is like "not enough content, dead game". I mean, people bought an early access knowing what is in the game, and what is not. Still feel I already got my money's worth so far and looking forward to what they implement over the next 1 to 2 years, but not demanding anything. The gaming community is just wild these days. I feel, some people should just not buy early access games.

Can someone please mention that enemies can tank through your hits but we can't through theirs, we need a little bit of I frames or if we arw doing a heavy attack it should stagger them and not let them just shrug off our attacks, it's ridiculous and infuriating. Someone has to feel the same way, even Fromsoft souls games have boss stagger and not have them just ignore our attacks especially when they are charged heavy or a focus attack. The one thing that drives me insane about this game otherwise love it.

I might be wrong, but i think some heavy attacks interrupt regular sized enemies and i know for a fact that there are focus attacks that interrupts even Echo Knight attacks+ there is an actual stagger bar for each enemy. But yea, i agree that it is kinda frustrating that you are constantly interrupted when swinging heavy two handers and can't even complete a heavy focus attack because you get hit half way through. For sure there should be something like 'Hyper Armor' for certain moves that makes you immune to interruptions during the animation like in Elden Ring.

My 4-year-old daughter used to come out of her room like 10 times a night and the last few weeks we've been giving her a kids melatonin after dinner and then my wife lays down with her in her bedroom for about 10 minutes at bedtime. Hello, you have a nice channel that focuses on NRFTW. Was wandering if you could address the problem that has risen in these few days. A number of articles have come out that Take Two is closing Private Division and that there will be layoffs in Moon studios. Maybe you have a more direct communication channel with the devs to address this problem. It would be really bad news if NRFTW couldn't make it to the finish line. Maybe the thing you were talking in this video of taking more time from one patch to another is not because of more effort put into the patch, but rather because they will have a lower number of devs that can work on it. This is a serioius issue and is worryinig me alot. Thank you

Agreed, focusing on the crucible seems like a BS way of them stalling. This game is great but it’s obviously poorly managed on time management. This game shouldn’t have taken 6 plus years to create a couple of regions with a handful of bosses. Look like I wont be playing this for quite some time and be switching over to Elden Ring DLC soon. I love what I see so far.

I ended up having to refund this game because I couldn't get it to run. Not sure if anybody else had the same issue I had, but the damn thing would just give me music and a black screen when I started it up, and that was it. My computer is not even close to top-of-the-line, but it isn't the base-level specs, either. I really want to try this game, but at this point I'm too annoyed to bother with it.
