@@francoisona well I have to say, this coffee machine is amazing. I especially like the milk jugs and definitely the touch screen. Works a treat for what I wanted. I've not really had any problems with any of the DeLonghi machines I have had. Love it

@@melsilke6772 I cant believe how quickly you got back to me Mel! Thank you so so much. You post is so reassruing. I am waiting Black Friday to get it. Though i have been torn between that one and the Sage Oracle which is semi automatic. I was worried the prima donna 's coffee is what you get in office bulding machine. A couple of questions: 1. Does the app work ok? 2 Can you program it for the water to be hot say at 7 am when you come to the kitchen? 3. Does the coffee taste like in coffee shop? (should be my 1st question) 4. is the coffee hot enough when it comes out? Thank you so much for your time again and have a great day! :)

@@francoisona the app works very well. And it all depends on what coffee you buy. I use the Vittoria espresso beans, perfect for me. It has temp setting, so you can set it to your liking. And yes you can use your app from your room and have coffee ready when you get to the kitchen. I promise this machine will not disappoint 😊

I'm so happy I was finally able to afford this lol. Is there anything I can use other than Nutella for the hot chocolate drink?

You can melt any chocolate you like and use that instead. I just used Nutella because it was quick and did not require me to melt it.

If you go into the settings, there's an option to select how hot you want the coffee to be ☕

Yes mine makes warm milk even though the machine is set to hot. Not happy.
