Delonghi La Specialista is not grinding enough coffee

I finally find the issue and corrected the problem and that was NO help from the Delonghi customer service. It was as simple as replacing the top grinder burr. You can purchase it online and replace it yourself. It cost around $65. Just make sure you remove all the coffee beans from the hopper and use a vacuum to remove any remaining beans before removing the grinder. Now it is working as it did when it was new.
