Couldn’t agree with you more!!!!! I’m more baffled how the FBI agent that did work on this case for one to three months they were allowed to service and the Klein residence did those interviews we also know that they did a lot of the Ron info/search warrants. I can’t believe they would not be allowed to at least testify for the defense or for either side. They had their detective there. I guess that would’ve screwed up their entire case. Being biased and corrupt herself isn’t gonna let that happen. She wants a particular outcome and it’s towards the prosecution and she hates the defense and she could care less about Richard constitutional to Justice. So I’m praying for a jury and for her to be booted., she’s part of the problem!

The problem with making any judgements on Allen’s guilt is the complete lack of transparency of this trial and the wildly different reports about the evidence from reporters in the courtroom. I think we could all better decide the credibility of the evidence if we could actually WATCH the trial. If you listen to the five people give their version of what they watched at trial (and recorded on paper), they all slightly vary. Even the people in the gallery are not able to see all of the evidence the jurors do. Each person who reports on the evidence filters it through their own views of his guilt, whether expressed or not.

One of the myriad things that bothers me about LE’s investigation is why in the world they didn’t swab their wounds for DNA?? They could have easily seen then if there was mixed DNA that could indicate if more than one weapon was used. So much about this case makes you wonder if LE was THAT inept and arrested this man out of sheer desperation and the upcoming election or if something much more nefarious was happening. Either of those would be reason enough to get rid of the FBI. Doug Carter was either so embarrassed at how badly his “Unified Command” was bungling this case or he didn’t like that the FBI’s theories were getting so close to the real answer.
@kimyoung24472 ай бұрын
People who were in the courtroom heard things differently. Some did not hear gun. She could have said Logan or something that sounded like a gun because they manipulated the damn audio and video! Some people said you couldn't even see him on the video. He was so far back. There is no proof that that guy on the bridge was even involved. They have an unspent round that could have been from anyone's gun. That testing was faulty. Why didn't they take photos or video when it was in the ground, and they were removing it with measurements? Why is there so much missing, i.e., early interviews, etc? I think they found his weaknesses, depression, anxiety, his wife, and put him in solitary in prison to break him. The only way they could do that was with threats against his family, abuse, harassment and forcing Haldol injections. Those confessions should not have be allowed because he was in deep psychosis. I hope he wins his appeal. The scales of justice are not balanced in this case, IMO.

There is a difference between a cartridge flying out versus a bullet being shot. They will have different markings. I can get evidence. We need to dismiss this evidence. What else do we have our witness testimony? I think at this point we can all start laughing not one person pointed to Richard Allen and said that’s bridge guy not one person said the man I saw that day was extremely short for a man. only one girl said he was maybe an inch taller than me. Throat killed brutally and dragged her resting spot and Libby just stood there. That’s what that goes against everything. We’re gonna make that the crime with certain evidence instead of being a thorough complete comprehensive testing of all evidence, including sticks, hair, pet hair, etc are you trying to tell me that Richard Allen is bloody is Libby was didn’t get any blood in his car and we know that blood can stay forever they can take a car completely dissemble it and they can find blood drops come on you have to, if this evidence convicts RA. And the road that Mr. Brad used to go home there’s no way he would not have not seen all right and the girls and open because that area is wide open. They couldn’t have hidden under the bridge. You can see under the bridge from that vantage point you can see off to the creek people fishing. You could see somebody climbing on the other side of the creek, but he didn’t see anyone yet Richard Allen 54 Self saw them, and not one took off, please. Carol County is corrupt as corrupt can be. Yes, Libby said ___that’s be a gun, I think she could have said Abby that’s gun….IDK, but yes Libby said it and he wasn’t off in the distance-right behind Abby. AI the voice of BG and they only worked with 6 pixels for the AI generated picture just like the audio. What I found so incomprehensible is the detective talking about how he’s listened to this enhanced/AI generated voice guys down the hill over 100 times and he knows that voice is but he wasn’t listening to the actual real voice on the audio because it’s low, you can hear it, but supposedly it’s low and so they did a lot of enhancing. They also stretch that picture way out so the two lawyers I trust that were in the courtroom said you would never look at the video that they were presented with along with the voice and never understand how they came up with the photo sketch, bridge guy, the picture of bridge guy, the picture of Abby, and why change the voice? 360° difference like an entirely new case altogether that’s how different it was and I trust both of these attorneys! Neither one of them had an agenda. They just watched the trial took notes and reported everything back. And they left their opinions at the door.

Thanks Crhis and Karen, as always a great live! IMO there are more causes for reasonable doubt in this case than holes in a sieve! The 'confessions' were not genuine confessions, which require someone to state unequivocally that they did the crime and how they did the crime. All they have are the unreliable ramblings of a paranoid, sometimes psychotic man expressing his fears that he did it, and only after being kept in solitary confinement for 5 months not knowing if it was night or day outside and deprived of any other sense of humanity and autonomy. Most of us would lose our minds to some degree under those circumstances, even more so someone who had a history of severe depression. He only did what his captors were pressuring him to do with the barbaric way they treated him, i.e. to confess to something he didn't do.

If I was in that jury, i would have wanted to know: How does Alan walk compared to the bridge man? What about a voice analysis of Alan and the bridge man?

Usually if someone confesses there isn’t a trial, right? State must not be confidant in those confessions.

Very interesting thoughts from a homicide investigator like yourself Chris, along with criminal journalism from you Karen. How you isolate evidence from emotional trauma , which is extremely difficult to interpret .There is reason of motivation through ALL crimes, especially when investigators are not familiar in seasoned crime analysis . Such a shame that they didn’t invoke Any /All opportunities for seasoned specialist in specific areas of a highly trained investigated team to surround seeking Justice for those beautiful lil Angels Abby& Libby. 👼🙏🏻

Sadly, the defense wasn’t given a proper allocation for expert witnesses like the prosecution did. They even did a fund raiser for Mr. Allen’s defense. They were shut down every time they’re open their mouth to even try and put on a defense for their client. The judge continuously shut them down over and over and over and literally did not allow them to put on defense, such as other bad actors like Ron Logan. Just an example FBI thanks Ron Logan, the guy why could we not put on our own FBI agents but we can put on this detective that would rather listen to an enhanced AI version of guys down the hill versus the original and he actually said that on the stand, is anybody not paying attention to of this especially the main detective the top dog who got to sit in court and said this Ludacris stuff.
