You can use the checkbox as is, but it's not very pretty. To use a nice looking jQuery Mobile version you need to write your own custom component - which is not the easiest thing to do - I've been meaning to do a video on it but I haven't had time. I've been working on my commercial videos.

Thank you for the video, it was extraordinarily helpful. Do you have samples of integrating JQuery Mobile/DXE2/IW12(bundled) that utilize TIWCheckBox? I've tried (using the theory that you've explained in the video), but cannot seem to get the TIWCheckBox working. :(

Yes, you can certainly make an Intraweb app available to the internet. You can use MySQL either using DBX4, or using FireDAC (which would be the preferred method)
