The customer service was actually really good. The leg room was great, the meals were delicious, and the crew were friendly.

Yes, good question. Alcoholic beverages are complimentary in Main Cabin on International flights. For Domestic, non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks are complimentary. But, you will need to purchase alcoholic beverages unless you are flying First or Comfort+. Sometimes, if the crew is nice, they tend to give a complimentary round on them.

Not a lot. Only a few crew were wearing. Most passengers weren’t wearing too. Again this was in September 2022.

Did you mean the uniform at 0:23? Not quiet yet. Otherwise, the uniform onboard is the latest Delta uniform. Although, the airline is slowly retiring their passport plum color uniforms. :(

Haha I agree with you. Recently flew first class domestic on delta and AA. Even though food was a bit better on delta in my opinion, AA service was more slow pace in a good way.
