DCI Soft is supported on Windows 10. Re-check your windows drivers and reinstall the DCI soft after removing it's temporary memory data of existingly installed DCI soft files.

In this tutorial, WPL Soft is used and not ISPSoft. But similar equivalent steps will work out.
