What keyboard do you use? You never showed it. Just got a PC and I come from a controller as well so i'm looking for other options if possible

A lot of these graphic settings can be turned up. Even if you have a 980 or 1070 I would turn texture filtering on extreme or above for 16x or 8x. Same goes for textures. Doesn't hardly affect performance on modern-day systems. Also view distance should be set to high or even ultra or even higher so pop-in isn't so distracting. Ambient occlusion should be turned up a little bit it can help with distinguishing objects in humans and other things like that. Volumetric lighting can actually help with positioning in some cases but it may vary system to system. I'm not sure why people still play on low settings when most of the time. (except for ray tracing, and shadows) I would leave on low or medium. Not that this UE4 game has ray tracing but just in general. I understand you might not like DLSS however if you're playing in 1440p or higher I recommend using balanced or even quality. They don't use TAA in the game so the quality difference is very marginal and you'll get a good boost and performance. I like making my games look good while still being above 100 FPS. I like the video man but understanding that a lot of these graphics settings won't harm your performance all that much.

Exactly. Putting both Scene View Details and Scene Details to Ultimate is insane in terms of performance hit, but keeping it on Extreme makes pop-ups less distracting, and at the same time it doesn't have a big performance impact that much from medium or high. So def recommend keeping both Scene settings to Extreme on all GPUs. I tested with GTX 1060.

well there is Ray tracing in the game , but it will only show up in Graphic settings if you use 4090.

I did your settings n just made me lag hella in all my stuff was on ultra makes no sense why it would lag on low and medium but I put it back to ultra in its running just fine again that’s weird asf

Funny thing is that Vsync on actually makes you get input lag and vsync off actually prevents input lag.. This is because vsync delays frames from beying shown, hence it feels/creates input lag. So the reason to put Vsync on to avoid input lag is definitely not true.

You probably don’t even own a g sync/ free sync compatible monitor lmao. blur busters did testing on this many years ago this is very old information. You clearly thought you knew more about the topic than you actually do and you’re probably just gonna end up misleading people who read your comment with your ignorance

Is it possible to use a controller in the final version in PC? Is it possible to use a mouse and keyboard in the final version in PS5?

Controller support is planned, I believe. As for M&KB on PS5, no info on that yet. All we know about the console version is that it's in the works, but no alpha dates or anything like that as of right now.
