I have the same CPU but mine is constantly throtling at 100% and it's impacing my fps, any ideas?

this game fried my CPU on Ultra settings and it shut itself down... trash ass game i have well over the recommended specs. now i have a half toasted cpu with heat spikes into 88c and i have to replace it .... there has to be a way to sue these developers .. 3 games toasted my CPUs over the years... over the recommended specs and i don't think i can sue them.
