They are already in a difficult position to add a solo mode to Operations due to the low player count and extended matchmaking times. Similarly, Warfare mode is struggling with low player numbers, forcing players onto high-ping servers filled with bots. Adding a TPP mode would be a disastrous decision under these circumstances. So don't worry they are not adding TPP
