Imagine you are TSA employee and do this super tedious job everyday for checking people for thousands of times, how come you make no mistake, If I do the job, I don't give a F, all my managers, directors, VP, CEO, they are accountable!!!

With all the confusion and large crowds at airports, it's surprising that this doesn't happen more often. People pass-out, faint, fight amongst themselves, babies cry, toddlers run off on their own, people change their minds and move backwards thru lines or duck under ropes. And in the midst of all this, someone calmly walking thru doesn't get noticed.

Delta's problem is, they only have one gate agent, on many flights, and they do not pay attention to the open jet bridge doorway. They are too busy printing tickets at a counter next to the gate, so anyoje can just walk right on. The FAA needs to put the hammer down on Delta, and put a ground stop in all domestuc and international flights for 24 hours. If it hapoens agsin make it 3 days straight.

This is the third time this has happened with Delta. And they realized this only because the seats were fully booked. Imagine how many more cases have slipped through their system! They need to fix the system before they lose a fortune.

I didn’t know USA even allowed it also imagine if some int’l airline had this on a US bound flight especially non European 1. AOC revoked 2. Airport staff and cctv staff fired maybe other staff also fired , 3. Regulator also fines both airport , security and airlines with their permits revoked 😂😂😂😂

A ticket only proves that you made a purchase, a boarding pass is what authorizes you to gain access to the airport and the plane. If you arrive at the airport with just a ticket you can use it to get a boarding pass, but will be required to do so.

Who gives anything but a boarding pass? You cant get beyond the gate without it. Ive been flying for twenty years now started in my mid 20s and never once received anyyhing but a boarding pass or a receipt i urchased one. An actual ticket hasnt been given i. Twenty years and ive flown out of Forida , Va, Ca, Ny, Co. Ive never been given anything but a receipt that is used to get the ticket/boarding pass.

​@@ThinkingWithAI I imagine it varies based on the size of the airport, possibly the particular airline being used. I would ask my friends in aviation about it, but honestly they usually fly themselves to where-ever so I doubt they would remember.
