Delta Stryker HD 4.5-30X56 FFP

Perfect riflescope with a reticle in the first focal plane for precise shooting at medium and long distances Optical design comprising of carefully selected ED glass provides excellent image quality and impressive light transmission, special anti-reflective coatings and illuminated central target point allow to fire an accurate shot even in low light conditions. Sleek and robust 34 mm tube provides with an extensive range of vertical reticle adjustment reaching 300 cm. Open turrets equipped with a ZeroLock mechanism which allows setting the limit for elevation - usually after zeroing the riflescope at preferred shooting distance. The lock allows the shooter to make corrections only in elevation and prevents lowering the point of impact below the user-defined limit. Despite these advanced functionalities the riflescope weighs only 1014 g, and its length does not exceed 365 mm.
Reticles have been explicitly designed to work in the first focal plane (FFP), maintaining permanent dimensions throughout the whole zoom range. Reticles LRD-1P, LRD-1T, and DLR-1 are genuinely unique and dedicated to any ambitious shooters. These are milliradians reticles (MIL), and so any corrections can be applied using metric units (1 Mil = 100 mm @ 100 m). Reticles correspond with the click of the scope - 1-click equals 0.1 MIL (10 mm). All three reticles provide with maximum comfort of use and accuracy of the shot with great proven functionality throughout the whole zoom range (4.5-30x). The one-of-a-kind design of the reticles allows for measuring the distance to an object of known size, as well as elevation and windage correction. The vertical adjustment range of each reticle reaches 300 cm, facilitating shots of any caliber, even at very long distances.
LRD-1T reticle
This one is an extension of the LRD-1P reticle and additionally equipped in the lower part with ballistic markings for quick and easy adjustments to the projectile drop and windage correction and derivation.
LRD-1P reticle
The center of the reticle is an illuminated 0.045 Mil target point with surrounding, well-lighted markings that form the cross.
DLR-1 reticle
Central illuminated dot has a diameter of 0.07 Mil (7 mm). Thin crosshairs of just 0.05 Mil (5 mm) with thick 0.4 Mil (40 mm). Posts of the crosshairs. Crosshairs are divided by distinctive markings into lengths of 0.2, 0.5 and one mil (25, 50 and 100 mm respectively). Moreover, this reticle has a useful additional crosshair which allows for accurate measurement of the target in the upper magnification range with an accuracy of up to 0.1 miles (10 mm)

@@21coops I had a Razor, and currently have the big brother of this scope, the SFP 5-50x56 DLS-3 (1/8 MOA adjustment). The Razor is a nice scope, nothing wrong with it, but the one I had did not have a floating dot which I discovered I despise. It has a slightly larger field of view, but for me, I found the Delta to just better overall. I found the contrast to be absolutely perfect for my eyes at any rate. Up to 40x the image was super sharp and bright. Even at 50, it does not darken very much, and maintains focus all the way out to the outer edges of the image. In my opinion, the Delta edges the Razor just a little, and it's definitely better in the price department.

Nice scope, with great features. 1600 bones though...that’s a few nice air guns or a hell of a nice power burner. I bought a CVLife 4-16X44 AOE for my Avenger .25 and I don’t know about box tests and all that but it’s clear, holds zero, and the parallax is close enough.50$ on Amazon is good enough for a 75 yard air gun. I think the scope your reviewing here would be awesome on a 6.5 Creedmore or .338 Lapua for some long range aggressive negotiation. Thanks for the review. God bless.

Hey Joe, you said the sub-tensions are on target, but when you look at it carefully it's a bit off, right? Like at 7:15 the 3 mil above and below seems too short, and the for the right the 1 and 2 mil look a short, 3 mil looks long, 4 short and 5 is on the money. Is that just as good as it gets? The Tract that people are asking to compare with has Schott glass and the Delta doesn't right? Did you notice a difference in image quality? The low-light shot at the very was a great addition. Btw, It's fun to watch when you are excited about a scope, and I love how you engage with the questions in the thread.

Yeah man the target I had set up in that day was about 2 yards off . I didn't realize it till later . I normally laser the target to verify but my cheap ass range finder died . Both of these scopes use shott glass I believe. Tract is known for using it in all their stuff which is very rare . Hello Joe, I am not sure between the Stryker and the Javelin. You rated both excellent. In Germany there is a 600EUR price gap between those two. Is the Stryker really worth this huge gap ? I mean when necessary I would spend the money for the Stryker, but if ther is literally no significant difference, I can safe the money.

Joe, would a person be able to see the illuminated reticle on a target that was in the shade ? I shoot at a range that is under direct sun, except where the targets are placed . The last 20 yards including the target is in the shade and a fine black reticle is difficult to pick up .
