Chris, could you please make a simple step by step video on how to do a basic firmware update ? There’s a lot of us who don’t want or need anything so complicated but would really welcome a very simple one thing at a time way to download the updates. Thank you

I have a sub 12ftlb uk Delta Wolf. I have the DTD Pen Drive, but when I updated the firmware, then loaded the updated configuration file to control panel, the Power Table tab doesnt update to rifle, other tabs do, but not the Power Table tab. I assume since they provide a updated config file for the 12ftlb, you should be able to upload it to rifle surely? Great video, Thanks for sharing.

There's a glitch in the User Program, I have spoken to Daystate about it and they are working on a solution, I'll let you know when I hear it's fixed

@@chrispark7504 Yes the write button is missing in Power Table tab. And if you use the dropdown menu's to write to rifle it refuses to update the Power Table tab to rifle. Having checked my Power Table, it is significantly different to the new updated configuration file for

Is it worth getting the dtd for the alpha wolf my gun was born 27/11/22 would it have the new updates?

Yes, it's definitely worth it if you want to get full access to the rifles features, it's much easier to set up your own tables on a PC and there will be more updates in the future.

Hi Chris just received my elpha wolf upgrade to delterwolf, I want to upgrade the software so I have the Alpha wolf software in the deltor wolf is it easy to do as I don't have a clue, thanks mate

Hi, the Alpha and Delta's run the same software, so as long as you have the latest update from the Daystate website that is as up to date as you can get! It's not a difficult procedure, watch a few videos and take it step by step, you should be fine.

Before you fit the performance pack study the videos, you can't be too careful with that safety drum, once you have the first safety lever on it's worth trying to pack the gap to help prevent pushing the lever towards the rifle

Not on this model, it's a UK sub 12 ft/lb model, but in Europe the power rules are different so you can have the full tuning options

Hi Chris can you check with daystate that all delta wolvs can accept the 12 power table I and I belive others are struggling to compleat this part of the upgrade I have loaded the sub12 cofig file which shows up ae a 12 position power table and I write it to the gun, but when I ask it to read the power table tab I only still have 7 power levels brilliant video by the way 👍👍👍👍

Hi Ken. The firmware will load onto any Delta Wolf, once the firmware is up to date it should accept the latest sub 12 configuration file (1.29), I did have a similar issue the first time on the old boot loader program, fixed it by deleting the original software on my PC and re installing the new program from the Daystate website, then updated the rifle followed by the new configuration file. Hi buddy , if yours is 12ftlb, what the heck is your reg doing that high ? Mine only set at 96 bar

@@studssmith2008 yes between about 90 to 105 there's not a big shift in pellet speed And possibly just trimming accuracy depending on individual pellets. I have now switched barrel back to 0.177 and now set at 100 bar All the best

@@studssmith2008 it's about 103 bar, but it's an odd thing that the reading is different during the update process, I have mentioned it to Daystate already, it's back to the normal reading now.
