Every time I fly delta air line my samsonite bag handles end up being ripped. My last flight I used a different samsonite suit case and the name tag was completely detached and bag was beat up. I was very furious and I went to complain. The person that was working at claims was like “ this is wear and tear” delta will not do anything. I was so furious with his attitude and carelessness. I will never give them a dime anymore those thieves.

I saw the news. You downgrade first class to economy at will, don't even get a refund, and if you're dissatisfied, just take the next flight? Since this situation revealed to the public and the airline's image will be tarnished, now you will belatedly say that you will apologize and will refund your money later? And The excuse is to change to a small plane for safety? Do you think the customer is an idiot? Please feel embarrassed. I don't think I'll ever use Delta again in my life. I need to tell everyone around me about this incident and tell them to avoid Delta Airlines. I think something like this could happen to us too. If you want to improve your image, honestly admit your mistake, bow your head in apology, and pay compensation for the damage, not a refund.

I saw this on a Salt Lake City to Seattle Flight Nov 27,2023. It was completely unexpected, creepy, weird, odd ... scanning the others on aisle seats in my vision, 6out 10 looked around to see others' reactions . Most of them shook their heads, and looked away. Overstaged , too scripted, dark, and gloomy. Missed the mark bigtime. Safety is cut and dry. Showboating short . Not my cup of tea
