Just installed a delta 36 x 36 shower base and the lip at the front edge has become a huge problem. Cannot properly install any store bought shower door. Probably have to pay a premium for custom made.

What type of constructor adhesive is best to use under the base?

Talk too much on the common basic things but too little on the critical things such as what type of adhesive, screw, what is the short wood sticks up at the front for...etc .
