Dude same, took a while to beat Jevil but you can do it! I managed to eventually! And I'm not even that good at dodging. If this reassures you, I found the secret boss in Chapter 2 significantly easier and hardly used any of my healing items. The fact you don't have to use TP to progress through the boss battle is a big help as you can use heal prayer more often.
