Toby's tracks rely a lot on rhythm, leitmotifs and instrumentation rather than melody, so you can subject them to all manner of mutilation like this and still end up with something recognizable. When there is a strong melody, it's usually quite simple and short. There's also a lot of repetition, which means that even scrambled to hell and back, the tracks maintain their basic structure and personality

Interpretation: The data transfer was corrupted. This is my interpretation for pretty much every "BIG SHOT but" video. And I think it'd be kinda cool if there was some sort of hard mode for Deltarune, and as part of the increase in difficulty, bosses would get new attack patterns. For Spamton NEO, the data in the disk is corrupted, which could do things like invert his colors, cause his movements and words to be more glitchy, mess with his theme (like this song here), and make his attacks look really glitchy, like, teleporting back and forth, suddenly changing speeds, and having portions of separate attacks randomly show up sometimes. Would be a pretty interesting and chaotic increase in difficulty!
