In this video, I have created Rouxls Kaard's Chapter 3 appearance. Obviously not the official one, of course. It took a bit more than two weeks to create.

I absolutely love the idea of Rouxls just steadily gaining more and more items to wear for each chapter. Also him keeping Toriel prisoner just feels... so perfect. Such a goofy guy has pissed off your mom.

I just realized cool roux that Rouxls can have. In Cyber World, he was a Pirate. Pirate is one of criminal types on the internet. So imagine him taking role of a criminal in TV-world. I mean, he even says he's looking for the evilest ruler.

I feel like Rouxls Kaard will have at least one encounter per chapter to provide comic relief, with each chapter resulting in him gaining another fake accent, so that by the time you face him for the last time in Chapter 7, he's completely unintelligible, and there's this gag of the characters trying to decipher what he's saying.

What if chapter 3 is based on toriel and like you got the "Cremation route" with like "Fire storm" as iceshock and " *Cremation* To Ashes" and you manipulate toriel by going like "trust me these guys burned down the orphanage they deserve this"

i think the attacks should be more intense to add a difficulty ramp up for the chapter and to make it difficult to keep track of which attacks are right and wrong as this feels too easy (along with a lot of the game)

I was going to say Toriel doesn't use fire magic in Deltarune, but then I realised that we are in the dark world. But! But, but but, Toriel doesn't use contractions, like what's and don't.
