DELTARUNE OST: "Before the Story" Already in Undertale!!? (Timeline Integration, Watch Description)

I didn't know have it been used in game. Like PS4 or Vita version.

The track required the purchase of an official: "COLLECTOR'S EDITION SOUNDTRACK" (Inside COLLECTOR'S EDITION)
According to somebody, the song was placed on the second disc, track 37, under the title: "Before the Story"

I didn't buy it. I didn't check to see if it was real.
I saw it on TCRF, and I remembered it today, so I looked it up.
This track is the same as Before the Story in DR's OST.

This track's earliest release time is the time when this two KZbin video was released. (Can be verified as the earliest, it is not clear whether Toby ever posted it and then deleted it)

After my various research, the track released by this KZbin account is officially released:
1.It can be verified that its release time is the earliest, and the description is marked as the official release of UT.
2.This KZbinr did not know what the title of this track was, because the final public sale was on 7.30.2017. After that, the COLLECTOR'S EDITION SOUNDTRACK was purchased to see the track title: "Before the Story"

And this may be because the PS4, Vita, and COLLECTOR'S EDITION were intended for public sale together, so the author got the track and titled it that way. COLLECTOR'S EDITION was sold separately for a while until 8.15.2017.

Toby publicly stated that the PS4 will also be sold at that time, but those who have already bought the COLLECTOR'S EDITION will not have to pay any more, because the COLLECTOR'S EDITION was originally intended to be sold with the PS4 and Vita versions.

On 6.13.2017, Toby said in two Twitter accounts that PS4 and COLLECTOR'S EDITION would be released together, and "Before the Story" first appeared in COLLECTOR'S EDITION. So Toby should have made this song before 6.13.2017.

Fun fact:
1."Before the Story" in-game version was play at 0.95x speed. (In DELTARUNE)

It was named as "Ruins" at that time.
3."Before the Story" was placed at end of every Chapter's OST, expect "Berdly(Rejected)".
It means that when you finished this Chapter, It's the last music you will hear about.
I think the last music in Chapter 7's OST is also "Before the Story"
