You know, after I tried to comprehend Jevil's words when I first beated him in ch1, I came to this interestion conclusion: Jevil's phrase 'I can do anything' doesn't say that he can directly do anything using his magical powers. I think its more about him not meeting any consequences after his actions because he's 'free'. If he would really be omnipotent, he'd say "I can do everything(/I can do everything I want") I dunno if this somehow relative to original comment, maybe I just didnt get the pun or something

I- I hadn't even heard of deltarune until I found this song, yet you're right... Dimentio? Jevil seems like a nod to him while still being his own character. I'm impressed, Toby Fox.
