If during injection the muscle was move or shake what is that mean ?

Just a sympathetic reaction to something foreign passing through the muscle. Those small twitches happen all the time. Just push through

No. Never for IM. Not recommended anymore by CDC. It’s an antiquated technique and actually cause more pain the patient.
