you know going in a vent also makes you safe to majority of entities or just getting out of its line of sight, the game only tracks your torso as the line of sight for the ones that dont see through walls like vision so you can just hide instead of trying to get a locker a lot of the time

for 008 just use a shielding item like voiding orb or fragment or the D-LE-TR, EN-008 minigame is difficult, it's not worth it, so if you have any of those 3 items I listed use them either for a dangerous entity combo OR for EN-008

The way I speedrun ghost rooms is just getting 3 waterbottles and praying for a cup of soda, then drinking all of it with any other boost i find and dashing while in the space mash, causing me to get flung 2 studs forward and nearly die to the BLUE FLAVORED attack.
