I received mine and I find it too hard also

@@mattimattwa9064 it's too thin to be very soft. It would not give enough support if it was too much softer. They also wear in over time and become a little softer. I think the hardness is fine. My only issue is that it is tilted forward so under breaking or going downhill it makes you lean forward too much. I like it though.
