Where were the spectators? This was the first year since 87 I wasn't a masquerader, I was on Ariapita Avenue between 12 to 6 on Tuesday, and the sidewalks were clear for me to walk freely. An where did all the bands go, where did they go to the parade ? TTPS , excellent job, Trinidad and Tobago was safe
