Detta är ett av många små industri områden mitt inne i stan där kommunen har planer på med bostadshus.
enligt stadsplanen skulle rivningen av dessa redan va igång. men om de är pengabrist eller vad de är vet inte jag men fick passa på innan dem börjar riva stället.

Haha, jag tänkte först "fan vad kantigt han går" innan jag fattade att det var drönarfoto. 🙂 Är det där bredvid Granngården (det finns lite överallt så det borde jag kunna skriva utan att outa för mycket)? Coolt ställe, men tråkigt att det blir så vandaliserat innan det ens blivit gammalt nog för att kännas övergivet...

@@UespindelnIvan Why is this empty facility damaged? Plenty of former factories have become small business gestation centers. They have found use as small business and housing spaces. Damaged electrical, heating, insulation, and water systems adds to the cost for future occupants-whether small businesses or for housing. Many of its features were relatively modern and easily converted for mixed use. Most urban explorers follow a model of neither damaging nor touching things-so others will appreciate the space explored. Currently. Refugees being driven from their homes would be thankful for a clean and safe temporary housing facility. Otherwise I enjoy your urbex, but seeing this is disappointing.

@@JG-mp5nbThis is such a weird comment. It's a cheaply built disused industrial facility. You can't house humans in that without spending million upon millions in renovations. It would be illegal to even TRY to live there. It might contain asbestos, and definitely is full of industrial waste products. It's in no way rated for human habitation. Just because you have walls and a roof doesn't mean it's a house. Rebuilding old factories into apartment complexes is only viable in inner cities, when the factory is built in the early 1900s. People pay a premium for that. Making houses out of a 1960's sprawling low-rise industrial facility built out of sheet metal is completely untenable. Small business gestation center, yes, that's the first thing the council tries to do, but as THIS company failed, why would others succeed there? It's not exactly in a metropolitan area, so you'd have to convince some startups to move to the middle of nowhere so they can have their HQ in a rundown industrial estate. Even before it was vandalized it obviously wasn't desirable.
