The irony of the selloff because of increased capex is incredible. Amazon, Microsoft, Google buy all the chips and then rent them at $2 per hour! Yeah, it's not much for now but it will get there. That's like complaining about the capex of the money printing presses at the Fed.

Tesla and Mercedes both use NVDA chips for their cars. It's been like that for a long time. Why is he worried about Tesla's "next powerful chips we don't know about"? It’s a GREAT place to park my money for a while. In the meantime I am investing exactly where NVIDIA is investing. Companies such as Sound Hound Ai. I am also a big believer in IONQ quantum computing and took a large position.

If there is a recession, companies will cut the easiest and highest expense: employees. Massive Layoffs is the first thing that happens during a recession. Hyperscalers reducing Capex in AI would mean conceding, there is so much at stake amongst these companies, no one wants to lose.
