Dematic Multishuttle 2 Flex

The popular intralogistics solution Dematic Multishuttle is entering a new chapter in its success story. The second generation of the storage system is now presented to the public. The Dematic Multishuttle 2 is even lighter, faster, more cost-efficient and more flexible.
This is thanks to the new design principle on which the Dematic Multishuttle 2 is based. Dematic has developed three new variants on the basis of a new product platform: the Multishuttle Standard, the Multishuttle Flex and the Multishuttle Belted. The variants are configured for single, double and multiple deep storage with corresponding load sup-ports. With extremely high speed and acceleration and faster navigation, they deliver maximum efficiency.
The different variants of the new Multishuttle 2 are designed to satisfy both the high de-mand for shuttle systems and market demand for more flexibility and even lower costs. As well as the special product-identifying load supports, they also come with added fea-tures as standards. The design of the new Multishuttle generation also incorporates state-of-the-art technologies. For example, all three basic variants of the Multishuttle 2 are produced lightweight, making them much lighter, and offer a wider range of func-tions and features. A pioneering new control, communication and sensor delivers optimum efficiency.
This opens up more potential applications for the Dematic Multishuttle, as the tried-and-tested automation solution can now also be used in warehouses handling goods of many different sizes. The result is more flexibility and efficiency in the warehouse.
