its not the part that she uses tan, the problem is that she tries to look like a Romani/ gypsy/ fortune teller/ traveller. Romani people traveled around in Europe, and still are because they are treated like animals. And the reason people get offended is because nobody cares that they are a culture facing MANNY problems to this day. I am a Romani and because of this i can be spit at, be denied a house, health care and jobs. 1. She starts off the video darkening her skin 2. Wears a 'turban' 3. Wears a 'bellydancing skirt' 4. This costume does nothing but further dehumanize a group of people, that group being Romani people. It spreads a message to 2.5 million subscribers that Romani people are not real, like a costume depicting an 'Eqyptian queen' or a 'geisha,' all this does is turn a real group of people into a character that no longer exists and for that reason, doesn't deserve any kind of classification. It might sound like I'm taking something like this too seriously, but I have learned that it's subtle things like this that can bring a lot more racial profiling and dehumanization into our society. There's an idea that fortune tellers travel a lot. Being in the sun makes you more tan. It's just a conclusion that she came to to tell a story with the character. I respect the opinion and I'm sorry you guys feel that way but Nicole wasn't singling out any particular ethnicity or making it look negative.

Ive been following you for years and years and I love your message and the looks you do! Do you think you could try out more cruelty free makeup products? There are so many that are just as good and don't harm any cute fluffy animals in the making. Some cruelty-free brands are 100% pure, e.l.f, nars, marc jacobs, urban decay, wet n wild, pacifica, milani, flower, paul mitchell, occ, tarte, etc! alot of stuff you already use, but mac, stila, loreal, maybelline, benetfit, nyc, YSL, etc test on animals and its so unnecessary :(
