Dementia Friendly Dunblane - Braeport Memory Cafe

The Memory Cafe is open to all Dunblane people with mild to moderate dementia and their relatives/carers every Wednesday from 1-4pm and Fridays from 11am-3pm.
These sessions provide:
A warm and welcoming environment for people with dementia, their family and carers.
A safe place to meet old friends and make new ones.
A stimulating programme of activities (e.g. singing, art, board games and gentle exercise) with occasional special events.
Trained volunteers to support carers and enable people with dementia to maintain independence and remain in their home environment.
A collaborative approach with health, social care and third-sector partners.
