Lack of incentive to the employees: there is no direct relationship between efforts and result as a person who is not working properly would get same salary as that of a hardwork employ So the employees don't have any motivation to work in an efficient manner

MAM DEMERITS CAN INCLUDE FOLLOWING POINTS: 1. LACK OF EXECUTIVES: in the government lack of proper and honest executives provide a free arena to the employees to commit red tapism 2. Obligation to tax: Unlike private companies, where people pay to only those people whom products they themselves consider relevant, one has to pay taxes to fund those departments that are doing nothing to support them. these were the points in my mind
