Depends on where the mistake is made. It is either "Begierde des Zauberers" or "Begierde der Zauberer". The first one is your translation, the second one would be "greed/lust of the magicians" (plural). Just for those, who do not understand German :-).

Sometime I think to myself that mistakes in the title like this one here would be pretty easy to avoid, but then again it's part of the charme of Japanese works with foreign titles kinda =)

So, where is the mistake? You see? The one I see, being German, is only missing an S after ZAUBERER (to make it grammatically correct). Seeing all caps is not too unusual (traffic signs, supermarket names, etc...)

He is refering to foreign titles of japanese work in general. That's why he is using the plural form even though there's only one mistake in this title. I can show you another example: In the second opening of Death Note, there is a sequenece in which the title of the show is translated in numerous languages. The german translation is "Todespapier"(prnt.sc/d1val1) and not _Todesnotizbuch_ or _Notizbuch des Todes_ xD

Since "note" can also relate to a single small piece of paper, rather than the book, It's fine. I always welcome bad translations to bad anime though. At least then the translation can keep part of the anime's "charme". The funny thing is though, in Yozakura Quartet that one person speaks better German than most (biologic) Germans I meet in real life.

MRDamato2112 It's probably cuz the authors from Angra and Touhou listened to the same classical music. Most of Touhou tracks take some inspiration in old classics. And of course, this album is a metal arrangment of Touhou.

MRDamato2112 It's not uncommon for them to do tributes, they have a few Dream Theater tributes in their songs. So do a lot of Touhou bands actually, aha.

@Bobby Chounramany The guitarist, Masaru uses an 8-string guitar in both Man'enjushaka ~ Nada Upasana Pundarika and this one. The tuning is drop-F#, I believe.

Sad to hear that. I'm about to upload 30+GB or random stuff for my friend too; pitting my hopes in Mega (Megaupload's replacement; should be coming out in slightly less than a week) since my files are pretty darn big. I took a look at their policies as well; doesn't seem like uploaded files will be too vulnerable to flagging unless a DMCA complaint is filed. ...Alternatively, if that doesn't work, would it be viable to make a torrent, maybe? That's usually the case. I don't need credits written all over my work, besides good artists have the artstyle that is very easy to distinguish from everyone else. When I look at some artwork and I've seen authors stuff before I immediately know who it was.

Yep, as far as I'm concerned Demetori doesnt wright any of their songs, they're all touhou covers.

They're arrangements. Demetori writes all their songs. Unlike covers which is just covering the notes already there, touhou band's like Demetori arrange the compositions to their own styles and own personality, thus creating unique music thats both personal and not a cover of the original compositions .
