@@HaxeRain Yeah but Cirno isn’t normally that strong. Yeah, she has the potential to reach that strength, but without Okina’s help she is just a shadow of her power. Meanwhile, Clownpiece is a powerhouse of a fairy and will always remain that way. Yes, Okina did treat Clownpiece like a wet piece of toilet paper, but Okina is a sage of gensokyo on the level of Yukari or a little below her while Clownpiece went in after fighting her servants and with a lot of cockiness plus arrogance due to having a full party of fairies without realizing that those fairies are much weaker than her. Plus, that cannon comic was practically a comedic one more than an actual serious plot, so the story wasn’t even treated that seriously. I admit that Cirno’s full potential makes her the strongest fairy, on the level of the scarlet sisters, but Clownpiece for now is strong. Clownpiece is probably in the lower echelon of high tier touhou characters when it comes to strength.
