I thought about defending my blog. I won't. Harmful stuff? She puts herself out 'there', she should be able to deal with it! Since childhood she has been 'out there' in the public 'eye'; all the while, those viewing her deciding whether watching her is worth their time and/or money(she's been paid $M) to continue. Acute depression; rehab clinics, etc. Arguing and getting herself involved in childish antics w/Cowell on AGT...in front of millions of viewers?...it might be good entertainment for Cowell...at her expense, but maybe one could cull some idea what her 'persona' is; ya' think? - 4 mos later, you respond to this blog. You are bored or out of work to have the time or interest to search the Web for any neg. review! - Get a life! Go smell flowers or something. Put the blog in perspective to 'real life' and you will enjoy it (life) more. - You opened the 'can of worms'. Wish you hadn't? - I spent over $95 to take my granddaughter to that 'concert'. I did NOT get my money's worth ....and... the 'weight' issue came from my granddaughter. She grew up watching this 'persona'. SHE was the one that commented about her weight. She didn't recognize her... I was VERY kind regarding the 'weight issue'. I could have been really, really, really mean/cruel-(since $95 was stolen by misrepresentation)-but I didn't. I took the 'high road'. I told my granddaughter she would have had more fun walking the dog in the park.

I would like to point something out first tho, I did not mean to 'upset' you at all or sound like a rude person. I totally agree with you about your view on her as a person, everybody has his own opinion ofcourse. Altough I do not really get what her depression has to do with all of this. Also, she is still a person. Being a famous person does not change anything about your coping strategy with stress, etc. Now, I happen to come across your comment. I was watching the video and was just scrolling down the page. I felt the urge to react because I absolutely did not agree with what you said. It is not my passion to react to stuff like this. In fact, this was my first comment EVER made since I had youtube. I go to college so don't even bother thinking I am bored. If you like sharing your opinion with others, you have to cope with people giving their opinion back at you. I should not even justify why i commented but whatever. I'm sorry to hear that the concert was not what you expected of it and I truely hope you can enjoy maybe other stuff with your granddaughter in the future. Best regards

My time IS precious; so is my money. I'm 70. Enough said...not yet, so IS your time. Use it wisely; every second you live on this earth is one less second you have. We can't 'bank' time. 'Persona': character, ones' identity, self, etc. The 'concert' (term used loosely, unfortunately) was a misuse of my time, my granddaugher's and the few dollars I have. My disappointment wasn't so much for me; It's no concern of mine. I saw how much my 'daughter' was disappointed (I looked at your profile pic) and you seem to be about the same age, and I felt sorry for her, not me. Just being with her was enjoyment enough for this old grandfather (time is precious, remember?) Oh well, Laramie learned the Disney icon wasn't there anymore...that was then, this is now. Rarely, do I post also. Don't believe in it. You do, and you set yourself up for ridicule and ignorant people to 'flame'; many have nothing better to do. Tells me something something about their non-life. They breath, they exist, but they don't 'live' life like it was meant to be... I feel sorry for them. It didn't turn out bad that night. I took her to a 'Big Boy' and shared a hand-made shake (Strawberry). Bottom line (for me), she's not worth any more words or my time....probably shouldn't have written anythng to began! I apologize (to you). If we don't 'chat' again, let's chat in Heaven. Deal?
