I think you need to run towards the pain regardless. The more you run away from your pain, the worse the impact is one it all catches up to you. You can find happiness in God or whatever you believe in, but I think it’s also important to go through your process of dealing with trauma and other issues in order to confront fear, pain and other emotions. Everyone should face their pain.

It might take ten times.... It might take a hundred. I'm so glad he has overcome the majority of the things he was pushed into, he will always have those memories in the back of his head but he is so much stronger and getting back into what he loves his way for himself and his beautiful wife!
