Aguacate con Limon and More actually it does! In her case, she actually allowed herself to eat more with the 6-meal a day diet while maintaining daily exercises/jujitsu practice. So if anything, her gaining weight is definitely a healthy progress as compared to her starving during the disney days (which didnt really help her eating disorder)

Sometimes it's hard to reach for help because not everyone really wants to help you. Like for example, psychologists/psychiatrists don't take their job seriously. They sit there, listen, prescribe whichever medication && see you again next month. Other do care for their patients && you can tell by the way they speak to you. I try to hide my body as much as I can cuz I'm afraid of being judged. I've been called fat, ugly, etc. I don't like the way I look.
