Demi would never had asked the person to grab Max there. The person probably just did it to make it more funny. Max is Demi's bodyguard and has worked with/for her for a long time. If Max isn't even slightly offended by it, I don't know why other people have to be. It was a prank and it was supposed to be funny and Max had no problem with it.
