Fundamental note about Spine Chill: DON'T run away and hide for 10min because your Spine Chill flashed for a nanosecond! Look at your Spine Chill as an additional visual indication adding to the audible heartbeat. AND don't use Spine Chill as your only visual indicator. Get the habit to look around and be aware of your surroundings at all times, especially if you are on a gen or healing yourself/someone else. And please use your HUD for information. I see so many new players ignoring the HUD; it holds a lot of crucial information. - There is still a chance the killer will trigger your Spine Chill by being in your proximity but chasing someone else/being busy. If your Spine Chill is on and you hear the heartbeat, be alert and pay attention to whether the heartbeat increases or not. If it goes on and off, it is fairly safe to continue what you were doing. But stay alert. - If your Spin Chill is on and you don't hear the heartbeat, chances are the killer is a stealth/stalking killer like Ghost Face or Myers. In that case, look around you and try to find the killer. If you can't see the killer anywhere, still try to get behind a wall to force the killer to move, and they can't easily charge their ability.

When I started playing DbD I used to run We'll Make It, Bond, Leader, and Premonition. I didn't choose Spine Chill bc "I need to know where the killer is coming from to avoid them" and I would laugh at my Spine Chill using brother who ran into a Huntress. Ghostface is pretty much the main reason why I started using Spine Chill, and yeah it's actually much more beneficial

Just a little personal tip that you don’t need to even listen too. I honestly recommend (for beginners) running Prove Thy Self. It’s a Dwight perk and it allows you to do generator extremely fast with someone else. I believe it’s 15% faster with each person. And another perk you should definitely consider is Adrenaline. It is a Meg perk. It allows you to heal one health state when the last generator is finished. So, if you’re on the ground bleeding out, you will get up but still be injured. If you’re injured you’ll be fully healed. You also kinda get this very brief sprint. As in, you just run really fast for a short time.

3:20 As Killer I just hit every snowman I see not expecting there to be a Survivor in it unless I just chased a Survivor to it. 4:30 Or, and hear me out, Quentin is running Any Means Necessary. Oh, someone else had it. 6:00 She wasn't infected before so she wouldn't have bene injured anyways. Nemesis actually ignores the snowman with an infecting strike so he's a hard counter to them in that regard. I was fully expecting to just break the snowman and not infect the first time I did it and was kinda surprised it did infect. Not all that surprised the devs got the coding wrong on that. @Stevean2 I wasn't "going out of my way" during the event, I was just playing normally. See a snowman, hit a snowman. Maybe someone was in it, likely not. If it was end game and the gates were open I'd not hit anyone in a snowman so they could get out. I go out of my way to make the game more fun for people, normally that means not camping and tunneling anyone even if I'm at one gen. I go out of my way to not kill people when B.P.S. or an event BP item is burned so everyone can get that extra survival BP, no matter how toxic or annoying they are being. I go out of my way to try and make the world a better place instead of a worse one like all the toxic players do.

@Stevean2 Yes I went around hitting snowmen when I saw them but *they respawned* as the trial went on. There were not a limited number of them in any one trial. Oh no, I've made someone wait an extra twenty seconds before they can jump into a snowman now, how will I ever live with myself? I'd hit them to see if anyone was in them because _a lot_ of people were just standing still in them to try and hide, which was _part of the event_ so I was just _taking part in the event as a Killer_ and having fun finding people who were trying to be sneaky. I never put anyone on death hook during the event. If I ever had everyone on death hook I'd make it clear I wasn't killing anyone and then we'd either farm or they would leave depending on what people wanted to do. The majority of my games all four Survivors left with the snowflakes and the times not everyone did it was because people were not getting into the snowmen because they already had everything or they didn't trust because so many "fake farming Killers" had soured them on _any_ Killer acting friendly. I try *very hard* to make the game fun for everyone as Killer. I don't camp, I don't tunnel and during events I try and help with Challenges and the in game stuff like leading people to masks or invitations or snowmen. For the Bonechill event hitting snowmen was _part of the Killer side of things_ but more importantly doing so _did not prevent Survivors from participating themselves_ *because they respawned* so I wasn't "going out of my way to ruin the event on purpose" I was _playing in the event normally_ and having fun. If the snowmen didn't respawn and there had been a set six on the map and that was it I'd not have just hit them when I saw them and only done so when they moved. I put a lot of effort into making the game fun as Killer when so many Killer players go out of their way to make it shit by hardcore camping or tunneling so you saying I was going out of my way to ruin things hits hard and really upsets me because that is not the sort of person I am.

Resilience is something i use a lot, i always try to heal people before they heal me or carry a medkit with extra charges to heal myself to the limit and do gens with that extra 9% sooooo sweet. Oh and instaheal when killer approaches.
