So glad you're back and posting regularly again. Love the spraying on sides hack :) my nose is VERY sensitive so even if I spray something something very mild on my chest or anywhere else that's front and close to my nose - instant headache. I do back of my neck also, gonna try the sides too. :)

I also put a perfume bottle inside a pair of clean rolled socks. You always need a few pairs of clean socks when you travel. Especially fluffy bed socks.

I have really dry skin so I need to use an oil with the same notes as the fragrance I want to wear and that fragrance on top to even smell some of my favorite scents. Great tip, didn't know people didn't know about this.

Demi I love your vids and this is my first comment please I'm not meaning to be negative but I was always told by many over the years that spraying on clothes is not good because the perfume can react with the detergent and not smell 'true'. So I have never done it intentionally, but when a perfume transfers from my neck onto a wool top/scarfe in the winter it makes me feel a bit sick by the afternoon. So do you think it works better as a summertime hack depending on the materials? Have you ever sprayed it on wool? xx

In the uae we love smelling good and its a huge part of the culture. We do not only use one perfume, we tent to use many different ones and we layer them. We use oils as well and bkhoor which is a type of incense that you burn on coal. That’s how we leave a tray of perfume when we walk.

@@demirawling I really love jo malone wood sage and sea salt and have tried oud for greatness and delina exclusif, which are both great. Perhaps oud for greatness a bit more😊 I also like santal blush. But I don't have much experience with fragrance. The only thing is that I don't like anything too synthetic🙉

One caveat with how you sprayed your perfume on your clothes.... do that to certain fabrics (like silk), you run the risk of pulling the color out of the fabric or just plain leaving blotches of oil stains.

I think you are right about mixing essential oils with a fragrance. It needs to complement each other for example i have been mixing lime oil with a sweet fragrance call Joop Homme. It's great! Maybe you could do a video about different combinations of oil and fragrance combinations? Love you frag head!

Well, everyone in the comments is talking about that 12 to 14 sprays is too too much so let me tell you something. UAE and maybe a few other countries have very wet weather that would make the fragrance disappears quickly or doesn't have good sillage at least & that's why they like to use beast-mode perfumes so it's all about your environment where you live

Honestly as much as I love perfume I don’t think it’s polite to douse yourself in scent. Some people have allergies and some people may get massive migraine headaches after smelling scents. Or perhaps a woman is pregnant and she feels nauseous after smelling. It’s kind of the same thing as people who drive with loud music on next to you in traffic. We all don’t like your music dude.

Here in Japan, it seems like a lifetime scent when we buy a perfume because only just one spray is enough... no wonder why I have many old collections that faded as times went by but still looks like almost full. My family and friends are so lucky if I want to buy a new one 😊

As a Muslim, I've learnt throughout the years.... You want your perfume to last? Get an oil roll on version (even if it doesn't smell exact, get a close version). Mainly Oud though

I had a super sized 200 ml perfume bottle smash (wrapped in my clothing in my luggage) while traveling. I'd personally stick with the tucked in your sneakers method because it can still break easily when you think it's wrapped up good in clothing. ❤

Spraying on the arms length, that applies only if you’re wearing long sleeves of any sort? I’ve been to Dubai for holidays and locals usually wear their long-sleeved ‘kandura’ and so this hack can and will apply all the time. I doubt this will be effective if you’re not wearing long sleeves in terms of spraying on the arm length area.

Some great ideas there Demi. I typically will just bring several 10ml decant sprayers like the ones I gave you and they do the trick well. That being said, if I start spraying them up and down my arms and body I will run out much sooner! 😜😃 Speak soon.
