When I tried to add my user to "ad directory admin", it gave an error saying "Microsoft Account members are not allowed." Hmm.

when I try to log in being active directory admin it gives mn IP address error. I want to get rid of firewall rule addition again and again. that's why I need to implement AD authentication

I can login through SQL Management Studio through an admin from an external, invited account (based on a gmail account) but the same login won't work with Azure Data Studio. The exception message tells me " The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first". I can find out what tenants are but I'm not sure I'm going to understand why the login failure only applies to one tool.

Hi, I'm trying to do Active Directory authentication via ODBC, however when it starts up it's looking for me as [firstname][lastname] instead of my email address, do you know how I can get around this?
