How do amendments differ for amendments to manufactured products that aren't subscriptions?

Hey I have a doubt here, on the first Opportunity and Quote you created, you had added 4 products but when you checked the Contracted field on the first Opportunity, the System itself created a Contract but why there are only two subscriptions there instead of 4? Thank you
