Really enjoyed this demo - great implementation of things bass players would use regularly on gigs, as well as things to inspire! The only preset i thought was really synthetic was the fretless bass setting.

How did he get the tracking to sound so perfect? I have the gk3 pickup with the gr55 and there are so many ghost notes from the bad tracking. I followed the instructions in the manual on setting up the pickup, and it still has terrible tracking. What can we do if we are having tracking issues? Any advice would be most appreciated. Thank you

Hello . I guess working slowly on little details that are on the manual : the settings for each string and maybe your bass . Plus , some of the sounds will be more difficult to work with and some presets are more easy . Slowly and patient in the beginning : like with women !

I guess depending on the tempo of the song because some sounds do have a slower response than some others . It 's in the nature of the Music : not all sounds have the same attack .

Great Pascal, r u ok? My dear, I admire your work too much! I have a question, does the Roland GR-55 use the COSM system right ?! I have seen that Boss has released a new bass pedal, the Boss GT-1B that also uses this COSM. Does the Roland GR-55 have everything the GT-1B has ??? Thank you so much!

Dear André . Yes it uses that technology and I have to admit the result is very musical . I use it myself in session so I have everything I need with only one bass and the G R 55 . All the best . Pascal .

Got it! I am in doubt if the COSM system of the GR55 and the Boss GT-1B are the same to choose which to buy and thus to remedy my need. Things in Brazil are very expensive. The minimum wage here is $ 303. The GT-1B is $ 350 while the GR-55 is $ 1410 along with the GK-3B. Thank you very much for answering me!

Hi Pascal. Are you using synth cable by Roland or any other brands? I always have connection problems with original Roland cable. They need to do something about it. Very unstable connectivity. Looses signal on this or that string. ..

Ok,i have tried a lot and must admit that is a cool gadget. I would say, it is a useful tool for musicans,that are no beginners. When you are save in timing and harmonics it is amazing, what you can create with this machine. To be honest, it is no wonder that it sounds so good, in the hands of pascal mulot.😂

hi Pascal ! Faut il un capteur spécial pour jouer le GR sur une basse ?? J'ai vu qu'il existe le GK+kit-BG3 spécialement conçu pour la basse....mais quelle différence y a t-il entre un GK-3 "normal" et ce GK-BG3 "spécial basse" ?? Ce dernier est apparemment conçu pour être fixé sur la basse définitivement, et nécessite quelques perçages sur l'instru (ce que je ne veux pas) Y a t il réellement un avantage de monter un GK-kit-BG 3 ?? Si tu peux m'éclairer ?? merci par avance

Pascal, I'm a bassist looking for the bass synth moog sounds like in Genesis ABACAB, Turn it on again,,,,OMD's Leave me know, Politics of dancing by Reflex, Michael Jackson uses the bass synth all the time, so far I haven't heard any sounds by Roland or Boss for a pedal that simulates the bass synth sounds that are used on 99% of all recordings. I like the fretless, beatle bass , rick bass and upright bass on your demo. The strings sound great it's missing that classic moog bass synth sounds Tom

@@zacharymorin5696 Hi Zachary, the moog Taurus are awesome, however i'm looking for a bass synth similar to the Moog Rogue, I believe Moog has a Sub 25 out now that can get the sounds I like it's just it's a keyboard and not a bass.
