Demo of Ford Everest Adaptive Cruise Control - Will it work? will it detect motorcycle and bikes?

This video was shot on a non busy highway for safety purposes. Another person is holding the phone for recording to avoid any distraction to the driver.
A reminder, Adaptive cruise control will disengage when it reaches below 20kph, you will hear a chime when it disengages it. Always be prepared for manual braking. You can activate it starting @ 30kphand above.

Sa mga bago na everest 4x4 and wildtrak 4x4 meron sir. For 2016-18 wildtrak wala, for 2016-18 everest, below 30kph hindi kag function. For 19-present everest/WT full stop talaga but you have to on it sa system. 😊

Yes sir. Yung sa akin, yung flat nasa reserve kasi, tapos side wall yung but as so need to replace talaga.

hi papi angelo, ano kaya problem sa active cruise control ng everest 2018 4wd ko. di sya nagi slow down maski na halos one car na lang ang distance sa harap na sasakyan pero actually 4 cars ang naka set na distance. very dangerous kaya all the time tapak pa ako sa brake. meron bang dapat pa akong i set besides the active cruise control at set up speed? i always set on the ACC @40kph. buti sayo maski solo motor nade detect nya, yun sakin maski malaking sasakyan o bus di sya nag i stop o slow down man lang. gusto ko mag work out yun para sa safe at driving comfort ko sa nlex. your thoughts are highly appreciated.. thx

Hi Sir. Is your variant the titanium plus/titanium premium? If hindi plus/premium, hindi po siya adaptive cruise control sir. As far as I can recall for the 2018 models. Hanggang 2019 lang kasi ako sa ford.

@@RideWithKong1992 i believe it is the top of the line titanium plus. it is the 4x4 / 3.2 L / 4WD variant with moonroof. actually na try to ko na ang adaptive cruise control @ 80 to 100 kph dito sa unit ko sa nlex. my only problem is hindi sya nag i slow down no matter how close i get to the car infront of me kaya all the time i need to step on the break. i don't know if that is the active cruise control or just a plain cruise control. nalilito na nga ako sa mga terminologies.

di kaya cruise control lang ang sa unit ko? parang di gumagana collision avoidance ksi maski malapit na malapit na sa front vehicle yun car ko, no sign pa rin na mag slow down sya or mag stop.

Go to your driver assist settings. Go to cruise control, then choose adaptive instead of nornal. Baka may naka galaw sa settings sir. Chineck ko ngayon yung sakin.

Kahit naka cruise control pwede ka pa rin mag break gamit yung pedal diba?

Yes boss. Pwede ka pa rin mag brake or accelerate pero mag di disengage yung cruise control.

Turbo Hose lang po. Then claim warranty sa ac actuator. Yan lang po. 59k kms pa po sya now. So far so good. And sa labas ko binili hose kasi napaka mahal sa casa

@@RideWithKong1992 ask lng kita few questions kasi parang balak ko bumili ng 2021 Everest Titanium 4x4 Bi turbo, ilang mileage noong nasira turbo hose nya? ilang oras na yun pinaka mahabang naibiyahe nyo na walang hinto or walang turn off ang engine? 5 hours, 6 hours?

May agent na po kayo? Im a Sales consultant of Ford as well. Mileage was around 57/58k. Iba naman yung hose sa bi turbo kasi naka packed talaga siya at may coil pa na nka wrap. 2.2 kasi tong titanium ko po. Longest byahe non stop was i think 8 or 9 hours. Na try ko na din pedal to the floor, provincial road yung tipong accelerate brake accelerate for 3 hrs. Didnt have a problem naman, sinusunod ko lang talaga yung PMS sa casa. You can ask anything and I'll try to answer based on my experience with my eve po. 😊
