Very detailed training. Pero ang downside lng is super liit ng rate sa Acadsoc. 90php per hour hindi sya makatarungan. Parang insulto sating mga pinoy teachers. Sa lahat ng mga ESL companies, acadsoc tlga pinakamaliit rate

@@ronventura7056 sad but true, Acadsoc is perfect for beginners, as training ground. Or kung mag-acadsoc man, aim for top tutor, malaki ang bonuses, ranking bonus (10k ang pinakamataas), tas enrollment bonus (500 pesos per enrollment ang pinakamaximum na rate for e.b).

it depends po sa office, usually ang starting rate sa office based ay 60 pesos per hour (kasi na-less na po ang management fee), pero kung homebased naman po ay 80-90 pesos per hour. at napakarami po ng students sa Acad, di po nauubusan ng students kaya medyo maliit po ang rate.
