@25:00 Let's not talk about migration as the only option to the problem of aging societies, let's examine that problem first. We are an aging continent partly because young couples are struggling financially and can't afford children. Over populating of certain jobs (social classes), could make it much harder for young couples to find that initial start in life, to the benefit of business leaders (mostly older) who will push migrants unnacustomed to european work rights (and more desperate to outcompete) to silently work in conditions europeans will not tolerate, yet again making money flow from the young to the old (whom politicians are known to mostly pander to, heavily investing in public works that mostly benefit home owners, instead of organizing economies to lessen the price of houses), this incentivizing young people to be more dettached from democratic politics. To address this, our politics must be healthy enough where we can talk about migration without being racist, or wrongly called out as racist for wanting to address this (pushing people who face this problem towards actually racist politicians).
